Just like every year, Los Bandidos will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a very special menu. These are significant dates when the restaurant makes a proposal which reflects their most popular dishes, as well as those most in keeping with this time of year. These are days of celebrations, when friends and family get together in one of the most emblematic restaurants in Puerto Banús and Marbella.

Very soon, Los Bandidos restaurant will again don its finery to celebrate the New Year’s Eve party. It’s a tradition that the restaurant celebrates this date with a very special menu for all its guests.

A selection of starters, delicacies, meat, fish, wines and desserts, as exquisite as they are varied. In fact, reservations are usually fully booked in just a few days, given that there are many regulars, and that the popularity of the restaurant, after 32 years in Puerto Banús, is constantly growing.

Looking over the New Year’s Eve menu that Los Bandidos proposes, there is a selection called ‘The Delicacies’. This proposal includes Norwegian prawns, foie gras with Cumberland Sauce, and marinated or smoked salmon…

Next, lobster with white mustard cabbage, in a creamy coconut and curry sauce, followed by the intermezzo, a delicious champagne sorbet.

At this stage, a good cut of meat, an exquisite beef tenderloin with foie gras and artichoke purée, with asparagus wrapped in bacon with Port wine sauce…

Nothing like a good limoncello martini to bring an end to this fantastic dinner washed down with a good wine; a “Basa” Rueda, a “Valduero” Reserva Ribera del Duero, or “Veuve Clicquot” Reims Champagne…Coffee and spirits, party favour bags and of course, good-luck grapes to end the year in style.
